Christian Joy Maiden is an attorney, technologist, institutional architect, educator, and capital campaign strategist. She founded CJM Consulting Group to help mission driven institutions prepare for and execute transformational capital campaigns by building the strategy, structure, messaging, and operational infrastructure they need before launch.
Christian currently serves as an Attorney at the 8th District Ohio Court of Appeals, where she conducts legal research, drafts judicial opinions, and prepares court decisions in civil and criminal appeal cases. She is also the President, Founder, and sole technology architect of The Aeternum Continuum, a multi layered institutional ecosystem powered by a proprietary AI life tracking platform she is engineering from the ground up.
Before entering the legal profession, Christian built a distinguished career in education, serving as a School Principal, Math Department Head, Assistant Principal, curriculum developer, and teacher trainer across public, private, and independent schools. She holds three graduate degrees and brings a unique interdisciplinary perspective to every engagement.
Her capital campaign work reflects a singular philosophy: lasting transformation requires more than isolated interventions. It requires a system. CJM Consulting Group builds that system.
Building integrated, executable frameworks that produce measurable results.
